I am going to make this really quick because I need to prepare for Anime North…..I did not keep it that short….now I am not going to get enough sleep…..damn
I am sorry for another sort of filler post in what appears to be a 3 post long chain of filler posts, but I had to express my gratitude and admiration somehow. Now, before we can get to the actual Kudos part, I am going to go through a quick, somewhat dry introduction to webcomics. If you are already aware of what webcomics are, then feel free to use this handy dandy html anchor.
For those of you who don’t know, a webtoon is a manhwa that is published online. In other words, it is a manga made by Korean artists that is published online first and in book form later (but only if it is successful and the author feels like it). From what I have seen, most webcomics are released on Naver. I do not know if there are other sites like Naver, but Naver definitely seems to be the most popular one (at least for Non-Korean fans). I do not know the numbers, but the authors who publish their comics on Naver get paid for their work. Most likely, it is a comission based on the amount of add revenue their comic generates.
This past weekend I was marathoning through a few of my favourite manga and I realized that I love manga. Now, this realization is nothing new, in fact, most of my manga marathoning results in this realization. The black and white pages, the written sound effects, the exaggerated expressions, the sparkly eyes, I love it all!
Note: Do not click on this post if you have not read Noblesse chapter 236 yet. If you do not read Noblesse, then I suggest that you depart from this site and marathon your way through it. Also, this post is just raw fanboyism and has almost no thought put into it whatsoever. It was written because of an emotional surge after chapter 236.
Warning: Expect vulgar language

With this post, I am finally sort of back to normal with these Weekly Shonen’s. This post is also not suuuuper late, which is always an expected, but good thing! Anyway, fun Shonen this week, especially One Piece! Then again, One Piece is almost always good.
Sorry guys, this post is NOT about this week’s chapters (the ones released on Wednesday). I am still playing catch up with my Shonen posts I am afraid. Hopefully, things will be back to normal on Friday/Saturday. I am really sorry about that. I could have included this weeks Shonen in here to, but my Shonen reading tradition dictates that Shonen must be read on a Friday or a holiday. Note: This post was completed on midnight Friday, so, it is still not Friday in the sense that I haven’t gone to work and come home yet!
Hello, given that yesterday was mother’s day in Canada (the only country that really matters), I decided to publish a post about mothers.
Sorry, I do not have the patience to go and do a detailed analysis of mothers as they are presented in Japanese media, but I can give you a list of motherly characters I consider to be awesome.
Note that this list does not only include good mothers, but also awesome characters who just happen to be mothers. In other words, you may not want to be the child of some of these.
Instead of covering One Piece in this post, I am going to cover the last couple of chapters together in another round up post. Not much to talk about in these two chapters, so, please forgive me if I am too brief.
Uguuu. This post is late as hell. I know I haven’t posted anything Shonen related for a while, and I am really sorry about that. As of the beginning of this post, I haven’t even caught up with Bleach, Naruto or One Piece. Anyway, I am going to post some quick thoughts summing up my feelings on all the chapters because it would take me too long to write them out one by one.

I originally had another post planned out for Fate/Zero. I wrote a bit more than a quarter of it (like 1000 words or so), but then I realized that it sucked. So, I put it aside and began anew. Anyway, first let’s talk really quickly about the conversation in episode 16.
