My flight is in a few hours, so this will be a very short post. Later~
Not bad! Despite my lackluster opinion of Bleach as of late, this little flashback felt oddly authentic and slightly touching. I wouldn’t be surprised if Jugram is still playing the long game (maybe he expected BazzB to survive or figured it was worth the sacrifice). We will see, but at the very least in the midst of all this crap, we got a reasonable backstory chapter. Not bad at all, I say.
(I laughed at how MangaStream decided to use “noob” to denote weak Quincy.)
Legit Good. I loved how Naruto was able to use Talk no Jutsu (upgraded, much quicker version) to talk Sarada into sticking around and not abandoning her mother. At the very least, like this, irrespective of how Sasuke’s infidelity ends up resolved, Sarada will likely find peace (though we all know Sasuke ain’t a player). The Naruto flashback felt a tad bit unnecessary because we were seeing those flashbacks a lot when the manga ended anyway (so it doesn’t feel like a long time), but whatever, the placement wasn’t all that bad and they were relevant.
Sasuke’s little powerup was very cool and badass. I loved how he lectured Naruto on scaring the kids. I also liked how Sakura is ready to own some noobs.
A lot of leadup…please end already. Well, at least we made some progress this time around with Doflamingo seemingly knocked out. The mighty glasses were beaten and broken! Unbelievable. On and it was nice seeing Rayleigh in the flashback. He is super cool.
